Privacy Policy

DHM Ventures is a trade name of Wakai Corp, a Wyoming C corporation ("DHM Ventures," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit dhmventures.com or interact with our AI executive interfaces.

Information we collect

We collect information in three ways:

• Information you provide. When you submit a contact form, request our Investor Brief, or otherwise reach out, we collect the information you share — typically your name, email address, and message.
• AI executive conversations. When you chat with our AI executive interfaces (CEO, CFO, CTO, CMO, or the Boardroom), we process the messages you send in order to generate responses. Conversation transcripts may be retained for up to seven days for quality review, debugging, and improvement of the system. After seven days, transcripts are deleted or anonymized.
• Server logs. Our web server records standard access information — IP address, timestamp, requested URL, user agent, and referrer. We use this for security, operations, and traffic analysis. We do not use third-party analytics or set tracking cookies.

How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your inquiries and deliver the Investor Brief.
• Operate and improve the AI executive interfaces.
• Protect the security and integrity of our systems.
• Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

Service providers

We use a small number of service providers to operate the site and the AI interfaces, including email delivery, hosting, and large language model providers that process AI conversation inputs. These providers are contractually bound to protect the information we share with them and to use it only to deliver their services to us.

Cookies and tracking

We do not set analytics or advertising cookies. We do not use third-party trackers. The only cookies that may be set are technically necessary session cookies for the AI executive chat interfaces, used strictly to maintain the conversation in your browser.

Data retention

We retain contact form submissions and email correspondence for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and maintain our business records, typically no more than two years. AI executive conversation transcripts are retained for up to seven days. Server logs are retained for up to 90 days.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), or similar laws. These may include:

• The right to access the personal information we hold about you.
• The right to correct or delete that information.
• The right to object to or restrict certain processing.
• The right to data portability.
• The right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we collect. No system is perfectly secure, but we aim to detect and address vulnerabilities promptly. Security reports can be sent to dhm@dhmventures.com or via the contact information in our security.txt.

Children

The site and our AI executive interfaces are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

International transfers

We are based in the United States and our servers are located in the United States. If you access the site from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes will be communicated via email when we have your address.
